Director, Finance

Adventist Health White Memorial is looking for Director, Finance for Full-time,
Day Shift. We are looking for great individual who can work onsite to our location in Los Angeles, CA

Job Summary:

Assists with accounting, budgeting, reimbursement and administration. Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of all departmental operations. Develops and maintains budgets, revises policies and procedures, staffing, quality assessment/improvement, and ensures compliance with all regulatory bodies e.g., state, federal, and joint commission. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience:

Required
Master's Degree: Preferred
Seven years' experience: Preferred
Five years' leadership experience: Preferred

Essential Functions:

• Analyzes and identifies any trends that affect quality of services,
• Assists in the development and implementation of annual budget for the
• Prepares and analyzes various financial reports for internal and external
• Develops and maintains standard performance reports. Serves as a resource

Implements progressive discipline and accurately documents all information.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
