Staff Platform Engineer - Identity & Infra Automation

Culture Amp is seeking a Staff Engineer to own the engineering and architecture of our Internal Technology platform in Melbourne. You will secure workforce identity, enterprise SaaS tenancy, and office network controls as software infrastructure, building a self-service ecosystem and guarding the control plane.

You'll lead Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and automation, design scalable identity lifecycle, and drive secure, reusable tooling across Workplace Technology.
