Spa & Wellbeing Manager - Twin Farms

At Twin Farms, one of America's most celebrated luxury retreats, we are preparing to open an exceptional new spa and wellbeing destination in the heart of Vermont. We are seeking a Spa & Wellbeing Manager who is passionate about luxury hospitality, inspired by the art of wellbeing, and ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. As our Spa & Wellbeing Manager, you will be the heart of the spa's daily operation, bringing together exceptional service, thoughtful leadership, and strong business performance.

What you'll lead: • The Guest Experience: Create warm, intuitive, and highly personalized experiences that reflect Twin Farms' Forbes Five-Star service philosophy. • The Team: Recruit, inspire, coach, and develop a talented group of spa professionals, building a culture where people feel supported, accountable, and proud of their work. • The Operation: Oversee daily spa services, thermal experiences, treatment scheduling, facility presentation, and guest readiness with exceptional attention to detail. • The Business: Manage budgets, labor, inventory, retail performance, and revenue opportunities with a strong understanding of both luxury service and financial results. • The Standards: Establish consistent practices, support ongoing training, and maintain the exceptional quality expected of a Forbes Five-Star property. • The Wellbeing Experience: Collaborate across Spa, Activities, Rooms, and Culinary to deliver thoughtfully connected experiences that enhance each guest's stay. • The Opening: Help bring our new spa to life through team preparation, operational planning, service rehearsals, and the excitement of welcoming our first guests.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being present with their team, engaging with guests, solving challenges, and taking pride in the details that make an exceptional experience feel effortless. • Three or more years of progressive spa leadership experience in a luxury hospitality or wellness environment. • A strong understanding of Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, or comparable luxury service standards. • Experience leading teams, managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and maintaining operational standards. • A natural ability to connect with guests and colleagues through warmth, confidence, and professionalism. • Sound judgment, initiative, and a genuine willingness to lead by example. • A passion for wellness, personal growth, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Experience with a spa opening, thermal facilities, wellness programming, or a background as a licensed massage therapist or esthetician is a plus. Most importantly, we're looking for a leader who is both ambitious and grounded; someone who is eager to learn, comfortable with accountability, and genuinely excited about building an exceptional team and guest experience.
