We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead to lead a greenfield implementation of a cloud-based Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on technical leader with expertise in CRM implementations, migrations, and the Financial Services domain.

Mandatory Requirements

✅ MInimum 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
✅ Proven experience leading Greenfield Dynamics 365 CRM implementations from design through production deployment
✅ Strong experience with Dynamics 365 migration projects, including migration from legacy Microsoft CRM or other CRM platforms
✅ Recent Financial Services or Banking domain experience is mandatory
✅ Excellent expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules
✅ Strong experience with CRM configuration, Power Platform, and stakeholder collaboration
✅ Outstanding communication and client-facing skills (10/10 communication required)
