Job Description

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Business Alignment & Value Strategy

 

    • Engage with business leaders to understand how strategies and data-driven changes can improve efficiencies and add value.

 

    • Work with data sets to define use cases aimed at improving products, processes, and/or services.

 

    • Drive the business agenda throughout the solution delivery process.

 

  • Requirements & Stakeholder Collaboration

 

    • Collaborate with the Business Relationship Manager (BRM), business stakeholders, and IT Product Owners / Managers to develop comprehensive business requirements for product or system changes.

  • Functional Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to develop actionable recommendations that solve business problems.

  • Education & Experience:

 

    • Requires 4+ years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent OR an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

 

  • Domain Expertise: Advanced knowledge of the job area combining both breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education and hands-on experience.

 

  • Project Management: Practical knowledge of project management principles.
