The Role • Lead and develop the HR Shared Services team to ensure efficient and service-oriented operations. • Oversee the planning and timely execution of tasks in payroll, personnel administration, and time management. • Guarantee the high quality of HR services through continuous process monitoring and improvement. • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, supporting business departments. • Collaborate with other HR departments to ensure a consistent employee experience. • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. • Contribute to projects focused on the digitalization and automation of HR processes. What You'll Need • Completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field. • Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a leadership role within a Shared Service Center. • Strong knowledge of HR processes, personnel administration, and relevant labor laws. • Profound experience with common HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication and service-oriented mindset. • High social competence, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. • Fluent written and spoken German and English.
