Job Title: Field Quality and Supplier Quality Engineering
Location: Chaska, MN (Onsite)

Job Summary:
Perform field failure analysis on parts identified by customer
Verify correctness of quality issue
Perform RCA on the identified part or related part
Find immediate countermeasure to manage line
Hands on segregation and measurement of on-hold parts
Identify countermeasure for permanent resolution
Good understanding of GD&T and associated metrology and measurement techniques
Understanding of RCA methods and 7QC tools
Hands on experience in metrology and understanding of part manufacturing processes, specifically machining and sheet metal
Knowledge on electronic parts qualification and incoming part approval process
