Recruitment Consultant

Location: Laindon, Essex

Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Laindon. Whether your background is in B2B sales, B2C sales, telesales, retail sales, estate agency, field sales or account management, if you have at least 1 year's sales experience and the drive to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

• Basic salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships with businesses and candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish and developing your own client base.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Winning new business through outbound sales activity
• Building long-term relationships with clients
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Advertising vacancies and sourcing talent
• Managing the recruitment process through to placement
• Negotiating offers and closing deals

• Minimum 1 year's sales experience (B2B or B2C)
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident, motivated and target-driven
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Resilient with a positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
