Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in enterprise integration, API architecture, governance and MuleSoft to support a major transformation programme within a leading automotive organisation.

This role will be responsible for defining integration strategies, governing architectural standards and delivering scalable API-led solutions across a complex enterprise landscape. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical delivery teams and enterprise architecture functions.

Define and maintain enterprise integration and API architecture standards.<br />Lead solution architecture activities across multiple programmes and projects.<br />Design scalable, secure and reusable integration solutions.<br />Establish and govern API-first principles and best practice.<br />Produce high-level and low-level solution designs.<br />Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners and Delivery Teams.<br />Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.<br />Lead architecture governance forums and design authority reviews.<br />Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps.<br />Support vendor and third-party integration initiatives.<br />Drive adoption of reusable integration patterns and frameworks.<br />Manage architectural risks, dependencies and technical debt.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline<br />Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert<br />TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification<br />Azure DevOps / Security certifications (advantageous)
