Job Description
Are you passionate about using data, insight and evaluation to drive meaningful change? We're looking for an experienced Senior Performance & Evaluation Officer to help shape how we measure success, evaluate impact and improve outcomes across the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Policy, Insight & Performance team, supporting the delivery of high-quality evaluation, corporate performance reporting and evidence-based decision making.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and support programme and project evaluations across the organisation.
- Produce corporate performance reports for senior leaders, Boards and Committees.
- Commission and quality assure external research and evaluation projects.
- Analyse and interpret complex data to influence policy, strategy and decision making.
We're looking for someone who has
- Experience delivering evaluation, performance reporting or analytical work.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.
- Experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SPSS (or similar).
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement
