Senior Appian Designer - Role Description

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
• Translate business requirements into scalable process models, user interfaces, business rules, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver end-to-end workflow automation solutions.
• Ensure solution quality through best-practice design, performance optimization, governance, and technical mentoring.
• Support Agile delivery, provide technical leadership, and contribute to continuous improvement and Appian platform adoption.
