Junior Architect

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Noida. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing design concepts, preparing drawings, and producing presentations for architecture and interior projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with schematic design, design development, and construction documentation using relevant design tools and software. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, incorporating feedback from senior architects, and helping ensure design intent is maintained through different project stages. The Junior Architect may also contribute to basic site coordination tasks, material research, and documentation as

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and layouts.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, workflows, and digital collaboration (e.g., CAD/BIM ecosystems).
• Basic understanding of Project Management principles, including task prioritization, time management, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
• Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow design guidelines and technical standards.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate in a studio environment, and take constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in India is an advantage.
