Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promote DEONICS' technology services to key decision makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, collaborating with technical teams to shape solutions, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing. The role also involves negotiating contracts, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership to support strategic growth initiatives.

- Candidates should possess skills in understanding IT services such as software development, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
- Relevant experience in B2B technology or IT services business development is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet revenue targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
