The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support for members across the UK. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Work autonomously, starting and finishing your shifts from home. • Combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service to provide reassurance in critical moments. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to stay calm and confident under pressure.
