Eames are partnered exclusively with a leading personal lines insurer who are looking to establish a pricing excellence team at group level.

You'll work across 5 entities, outlining group the group wide pricing framework. Defining pricing governance, ensuring each entity meets pricing excellence and compliance standards, while designing a scalable approach for those with stronger growth potential.

The ideal candidate has a strong background personal lines pricing, preferably with a strong interest in governance and controls, with the ability to challenge key stakeholders.
