Duration: 12-month contract-to-hire

Key Requirements

Technical Expertise

Java 17+ development experience

Spring Boot and RESTful Services

Kubernetes and OpenShift

NoSQL databases

Object-Oriented Programming and software design principles

Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns

Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Fortify, and Sonatype

Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Leadership & Collaboration

Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams

Experience partnering with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional Experience

10+ years of software development experience

Prior technical lead or team leadership experience

Experience working within Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban
