We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support customer engagement initiatives across the EU, with a particular focus on key Q4 peak events. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, data-driven environment where you'll contribute to customer acquisition, engagement, and life cycle marketing programmes.

The Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across both onsite and outbound customer channels. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll help deliver best-in-class customer experiences while driving engagement and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer marketing campaigns.
• Manage campaign delivery across onsite merchandising and outbound customer channels.
• Help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and life cycle transition initiatives.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful campaign launches.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to continuous optimisation efforts.
• Support operational processes that improve customer shopping experiences and funnel performance.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution quality.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in marketing, merchandising, campaign management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Experience

• Ecommerce or retail marketing experience.
• Onsite merchandising experience.
• CRM, customer life cycle marketing, or outbound marketing exposure.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance data and operational KPIs.
• Experience supporting customer engagement and retention strategies.
