The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs directly to customers at their location. • Manage your own stock, complete reports, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Handle a variety of servicing, diagnostic, and repair tasks on light vehicles. • Represent the company professionally and provide exceptional customer service. • Work independently, thinking on your feet to resolve issues and make the right decisions for each customer. • Benefit from a structured 40-hour week with availability requirements. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively. • Adaptability to handle diverse daily tasks and challenges.
