Job Description

Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer Location: Basingstoke - Southampton Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Up to £45,000 (dependent on experience) A leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor with a strong family culture is seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer to join their mobile team.

This is a varied role combining electrical expertise with general M&E maintenance, offering stability, career development, and the opportunity to work with a well-respected business.

Key Responsibilities Service and maintain BMS front-end systems<br />Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and mechanical plant<br />Diagnose and repair faults across electrical and mechanical systems<br />Undertake general M&amp;E maintenance tasks, including:<br />Emergency lighting tests<br />Water temperature monitoring<br />AHU and FCU maintenance<br />Minor plumbing repairs<br />Reactive maintenance?

Provide excellent client-facing service, maintaining strong on-site relationships ?
