They are changing from .net to java, so if candidate has .net and java, that will definitely get them the job, if not, then .net, sql, and strong angular.

the app is heavy mainframe currently for their autoloan origination. they are creating a new loan origination system. they are not looking for a mainframe developer. backend is DB2 and SQL, frontend is Angular and .Net. the junior dev would be working with .net and angular. they do a lot of integration with APIs. Spring Boot would be a nice to have since they are moving to Java, FUSE, and Sping Boot with the new system. contract thru end of the year could be extended.

the platform they are moving to is going to be java and spring boot so if they have that even better but mainframe they do not need
