We're Hiring - Senior Business Development Manager / Closer
Mumbai (Hybrid)
Sorted Branding is looking for a senior-level business development professional who can independently handle discovery calls, strategy discussions, negotiations, and high-ticket closures for branding & packaging projects.
This is not a lead generation role.
We are specifically looking for someone who understands consultative selling, founder conversations, and premium creative/service-based sales.
You'll be working closely with founders, D2C brands, FMCG businesses, alcohol brands, wellness startups, and emerging consumer brands across India & global markets.
What we're looking for:
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to handle high-value founder conversations
• Experience in agency/service sales preferred
• Someone who understands branding, packaging, websites, creative ecosystems, or premium services
• Ability to build trust, create urgency, and close effectively
• Self-driven & ownership-oriented mindset
Compensation:
6LPA - 10LPA + strong commission structure
