Job Title : MSP Genesys CTI & IVR Production Support
Location: Plano, Texas
Duration: 12+ months contract (Possibility of extension upto 24 months)W2 Contract
MUST HAVE
- Genesys CTI & IVR Support Hands-on experience with Genesys Call Routing, IVR troubleshooting, and Genesys Voice Platform (GVP)/Genesys Cloud.
- Production Support & Incident Management Real-time troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident triage, and production support in a high-availability environment.
- Telephony & Infrastructure Technologies Knowledge of SIP, Avaya Call Manager, SQL Server, Linux, Splunk, networking fundamentals, and Windows OS.
