Solution IT Inc. is looking for Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant one of its clients in Remote

Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
• Hands-on experience in Core HR
• Experience with at least one HCM module such as Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, or Compensation
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and functional configuration
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Security and HDL is a plus
• Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reports is preferred
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to support testing, UAT, and production deployments

Work Site: Remote

Duration: Full-time

Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
