Salesforce Developer

Must be willing to work weekly 1 day onsite, 4 days remote. Prefer local candidates.

Team Structure

• 2 Salesforce Developers
• 2 Salesforce Admins
• 1 Business Analyst

Role Breakdown

• Approximately 70 80% hands-on technical work
• Approximately 20 30% collaboration (Business Analyst, Marketing, solution design, production support)
• Heavy emphasis on development while working closely with cross-functional teams

Must-Have Experience

• Salesforce development experience
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Financial systems experience is highly preferred
• Banking industry experience is strongly preferred

Salesforce Environment

• Service Cloud
• Sales Cloud
• Marketing Cloud (currently in use)

Current Initiatives

• Supporting the Marketing team
• Marketing Cloud migration to HubSpot
• CRM modernization across Sales and Service platforms

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Agentforce AI exposure (plus, not required)
• API integrations
• Enterprise integration/framework experience
• EAC (if applicable)
