AI Engineer (Backend)- Full Time

4+ years of experience in backend/infra engineering building AI systems, agents, or ML pipelines

Developed data generation/collection/ categorization systems for model training

Embedding, retrieval, and search infrastructure at scale

Strong in Python and expereince with cloud infra + CI/CD

Thrives in ambiguity; scopes and solves undefined problems independently

Experience at creative or data/indexing companies (Figma, Notion, Canva, Firecrawl, etc.)

Startup experience (Founding - Series B)

Experience with crawling/scraping systems for web and unstructured data

Synthetic data generation and evaluation pipeline design

Open source contributions or notable personal AI projects
