Job Description

EMEA Sales Program Manager - based in Oxfordshire, and covering Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, NL and Spain


One of the world's most iconic and recognisable Brands is looking for an experienced EMEA Sales Program Manager to lead high-impact commercial initiatives that drive sales growth, improve customer and dealer engagement, and deliver operational excellence across the region.


This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Supply Chain and Operations teams to turn strategy into results. If you enjoy managing complex projects, influencing stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.


What You'll Do

Lead and deliver strategic sales programs across EMEA

Manage cross-functional initiatives that support growth, market expansion, and commercial performance

Track key KPIs and provide insights that drive decision-making

Coordinate product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns

Support dealer and customer-focused initiatives to improve engagement and performance

Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working

Prepare business updates and presentations for senior leadership


What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in program management, sales operations, commercial strategy, or a similar business-focused role

Proven success leading complex projects across multiple teams

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and CRM systems

Experience within automotive, manufacturing, consumer products, or similar industries is advantageous
