The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio as a franchise partner. • Take entrepreneurial responsibility for studio operations including staff, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition. • Ensure an outstanding studio experience for all members. • Implement and uphold the brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Seed capital of €25,000 to €75,000. • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Strong leadership and teamwork skills. • Motivation to build and grow your own business. • Passion for fitness, health, and people. • Experience in fitness, service, management, or sales is ideal; career changers are welcome.
