Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Desktop/deskside and onsite field support 
Windows, Mac, basic Linux, Microsoft 365, AD, VPN/network basics 
Printer/secure print support 
SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF, MyPC Health Check, and ServiceNow 
Imaging/reimaging, hardware break-fix, IMACD, asset management, PC refresh 
SOP/KB adherence, SLA/OLA, safety, ESD, and customer communication expectations
Desktop support, Field services, Deskside support, Printer support, Reimages
 
Required Skills
L2 onsite/deskside support responsibilities 
Ticket handling in ServiceNow with SLA and documentation expectations 
Hardware break-fix, imaging/reimaging, PC refresh, IMACD, and new hire/termination support 
Printer and secure print troubleshooting 
Asset tagging, inventory, loaner device tracking, returns, and vendor coordination 
SOP, KB, security, ESD/safety, and site compliance adherence 
Collaboration with Service Desk, L3, network, endpoint, application, and infrastructure teams.
