Recruitment Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Manager ,supporting a strategic enterprise client in the Manufacturing + AI/Technology domain.

Position: Recruitment Manager
Location: Cleveland, OH – Day 1 Onsite
Experience: 8–10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Own overall relationship management for a strategic enterprise account.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities and drive account growth and expansion.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Manage SOWs, renewals, staffing alignment, and governance activities.
• Support presales activities, proposals, and solution discussions with technical teams.
• Ensure effective communication between onsite and offshore teams and maintain high-quality delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in IT services sales or account management.
• Strong experience working within an onsite/offshore delivery model.
• Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and senior client stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of IT services, digital engineering, and technology delivery models.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with manufacturing or industrial clients.
• Familiarity with manufacturing IT systems such as ERP, PLM, MES, Supply Chain, or Engineering applications.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing environments.
