AI Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and technology-curious AI & Technology Solutions Analyst to join a small collaborative team focused on operational readiness, executive reporting, operational intelligence, AI enablement, dashboard modernization, and emerging technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly learn new tools, apply AI-assisted workflows, and help turn business needs into practical solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot, Claude, Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure-based solutions, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled operational solutions, executive reporting, dashboard modernization, and operational intelligence efforts.
• Use Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other AI technologies to accelerate analysis, documentation, requirements gathering, research, and solution development.
• Assist with the development and enhancement of operational tools, productivity solutions, automation workflows, and related team technology initiatives.
• Identify automation opportunities and support Power Automate workflow development and process improvement initiatives.
• Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and reporting-related initiatives.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
• Create documentation, SOPs, process guides, prompt libraries, and knowledge-management assets.
• Analyze information from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve team productivity and solution delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience applying AI to support analysis, documentation, automation, requirements gathering, research, process improvement, or solution development.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI workflow design, AI-assisted productivity practices, or reusable prompt libraries.
• Interest in AI, automation, analytics, reporting, and technology solutions.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new business processes, technologies, and tools.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and ownership mindset.
• Experience supporting PMO, readiness, operational reporting, or technology initiatives.
• Experience creating executive-facing summaries, operational insights, documentation, dashboards, or presentations.
