As they continue to invest in their engineering capability, they're looking for an Automation Test Lead to drive automation strategy, lead a talented QA team, and help embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This Automation Test Lead is a hands-on leadership role with genuine influence over automation frameworks, testing standards and QA best practice across a diverse portfolio of digital projects. Benefits £60,000 - £70,000 salary<br />Hybrid working (3 days onsite)<br />33 days holiday (including bank holidays)<br />Flexible working<br />Dedicated training budget and certification support<br />Health, wellbeing and financial benefits<br />Cycle to Work and Electric Vehicle schemes The Role Lead, mentor and develop a team of QA Engineers<br />Own and evolve the automation testing strategy<br />Design and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright<br />Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Owners and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the SDLC<br />Drive automation maturity, CI/CD integration and continuous improvement About You Strong background in software test automation<br />Commercial experience with Selenium or Playwright<br />Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks<br />Previous leadership or mentoring experience (or ready to step into a Lead role)<br />Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<br />Consultancy or client-facing software delivery experience would be advantageous
