Regional Sourcing Project Specialist

Job Description
The Regional Sourcing Project Specialist will be responsible for defining and executing the digital procurement strategy in alignment with the KAMs, ensuring the adoption of automated tools and dashboards in Power BI. He or she will drive data driven decision making by gathering requirements, designing information flows, and analyzing complex patterns, while ensuring the quality and integrity of Henkel's data.
What you'll do- Define & execute FP digital strategy in close alignment with KAMs, implement digital roadmap, and ensure tool and dashboard adoption.
- Build necessary expertise along processes, project management, digital transformation and requirement engineering to ensure best in class user journey.
- Enable and push "data driven decisions" by organizing and managing our information assets to generate insights for better and faster decisions.
- Proactive scouting and networking of digital trends and solutions in the procurement space.
- Manage regular surveys and benchmarks internally and externally.
- Support new demand assessments from Digital Demand Steering Board. Generates value from data by providing relevant analytical insights gathered from the Henkel's data asset.
- Business acumen (general /procurement).
- Intermediate - advanced Portuguese.
- Requirement Engineering / Project Management skills.
