The Role • Provide day-to-day operational management of the branch, ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures. • Supervise branch personnel, including tellers and financial services representatives, providing leadership and guidance. • Assist in coaching associates, creating schedules, addressing service breakdowns, and collaborating with management on hiring and performance. • Partner with the Branch Manager to direct associate activities, ensuring efficient customer service and achievement of branch goals. • Monitor and coach branch staff on cross-selling, referral targets, and overall branch performance. • Handle customer concerns, escalating to the Branch Manager as needed, and assist in coordinating recruitment and training. What You'll Need • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy. • Thorough knowledge of bank operations, policies, procedures, compliance, and banking regulations. • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong oral and written communication skills. • Minimum of two years of banking experience and customer service experience. • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
