Job Description

We're Hiring at MagicalXR Solutions Pvt Ltd: Business Development Executive - B2B Sales


MagicalXR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.


This is a full-time Work From Home opportunity for someone who can independently manage the complete sales cycle, from identifying and researching potential clients to outreach, presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.


At MagicalXR, we work with businesses across industries, providing innovative Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), immersive experiences, interactive product solutions, and 3D visualization services.


Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential B2B clients across relevant industries and markets

• Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other prospecting methods

• Identify and connect with founders, CXOs, marketing heads, brand managers, and key decision-makers

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable AR, VR, and immersive technology solutions

• Conduct online client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions

• Prepare and share proposals based on client requirements

• Consistently follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales pipeline

• Negotiate commercial terms and convert qualified prospects into paying clients

• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals


Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition

• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and B2B lead generation tools

• Strong research skills to identify relevant companies and decision-makers

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently

• Experience in technology sales, IT services, SaaS, AR/VR, or 3D visualization is an added advantage


Job Details:

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work From Home

Salary: 25,000 per month
