Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Sales Specialist with 3+ years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, IT services, cloud security, or related technology domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting client consultations, and driving revenue growth for Flynaut's cybersecurity services and solutions.

This role requires working in night shifts to support and engage with clients in the US market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for cybersecurity services and solutions.
  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client security challenges and business requirements.
  • Present Flynaut's cybersecurity offerings, including:
  • Vulnerability Assessments & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
  • Managed Security Services
  • Security Compliance & Audits
  • Cloud Security Solutions
  • SOC Services
  • Risk Assessment & Consulting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs, IT Managers, CTOs, and business leaders.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and pricing discussions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, regulations, and industry developments.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, IT services sales, SaaS sales, or technology consulting sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions.
  • Experience selling to US-based clients is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience selling managed security services or security consulting solutions.
  • Strong lead generation and cold-calling expertise.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity market trends and competitive landscape.
