The Role • Oversee, maintain, repair, and monitor all operational technical equipment, machinery, devices, and systems. • Conduct regular inspections and perform troubleshooting and fault rectification. • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance equipment availability and productivity. • Contribute to necessary conversions and expansions of production facilities. • Organize and execute projects related to maintenance and operational efficiency. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or a comparable technical qualification. • Proven experience in production environments. • Familiarity with process technology and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • A quick learner with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. • High level of motivation, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
