Servicenow CMDB and ITAM

Job Description (Short):
Responsible for leading ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management (ITAM) governance, ensuring accurate asset data, compliance, and lifecycle management. Drive CMDB data quality, process improvements, automation, and alignment with ITSM best practices. Manage governance frameworks, stakeholder collaboration, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across IT asset and configuration management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own CMDB and ITAM governance strategy, policies, and standards.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of configuration and asset data.
• Lead ServiceNow CMDB health, data quality, and reconciliation activities.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle processes (hardware, software, licenses, cloud assets).
• Partner with IT, security, procurement, and business teams.
• Drive automation, reporting, audits, and process optimization.
• Lead and mentor CMDB/ITAM teams and stakeholders.
