We're hiring on behalf of a leading systems integrator and alarm monitoring company, recognized as a top provider of security solutions. This organization is part of a global protective services provider with a reputation for protecting people, customers, and assets through innovative technology. They are seeking individuals with a strong technical aptitude and experience in electronic security systems.

The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues individually and as part of a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify system faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings.
• Document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of all upgrades and major modifications.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Certifications in enterprise-grade CCTV and Access Control systems are a plus.
