The Role • Lead strategic account management for key categories and retail partners. • Develop and execute tailored customer plans to drive mutual growth and market leadership. • Conduct negotiations and manage trade budgets effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of plans. • Monitor performance, adapt strategies, and drive efficiency in forecasting and supply chain planning. • Act as a visible leader and influencer within the business. What You'll Need • Proven experience in account management with leading UK & Ireland retailers, or FMCG buyer experience with a leading retailer. • A track record of delivering outstanding business results and exceeding sales targets. • Strong understanding of executing successful plans with key retailers. • Experience managing and improving the efficiency of sales forecasts and trade fund budgets. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a passion for achieving success. • Hold a valid UK Driving License.
