Registered Nurse | Dresden, Germany | On-site We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a leading academic medical center, known for its comprehensive approach to patient care and innovative medical treatments. This role offers a unique interdisciplinary experience within a large, highly regarded medical clinic specializing in diabetes mellitus and its complications. The Role • Provide comprehensive nursing care on the diabetology ward (60% of role). • Administer fundamental and treatment-focused nursing care, tailored to individual patient needs. • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans, including thorough documentation. • Monitor patient conditions, identifying and responding promptly to any changes. • Execute physician's orders and support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. • Assist in surgical procedures within the operating room (40% of role). • Manage pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient care. • Prepare, conduct, and manage surgical procedures, including instrument handling and setup. What You'll Need • Successful completion of a nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, General Nurse). • Experience in an operating room setting is preferred but not essential. • Strong communication skills and a high degree of responsibility. • Loyalty, dedication, and empathy towards patients. • Ability to work independently, in a structured, and reliable manner. • For international applicants: B2 level German language proficiency and recognized professional qualifications.
