AI Solutions Architect
Location: San Diego, CA (5 Days Onsite)

This hands-on role demands extensive expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analytics to design, construct, and deploy sophisticated AI-driven systems tailored to clients' unique requirements — with a focus on designing intelligent Agents and leveraging Agentic Process Automation to streamline business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the Snowflake platform and native components to develop and deploy intelligent agents
• Engage with clients to understand business needs; conduct workshops to identify high-value AI use cases and assess technical feasibility
• Design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Snowflake Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst (incl. semantic views), and Cortex Search, alongside Agentic Process Automation patterns
• Create architectural designs that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing infrastructure, ensuring scalability
• Develop prototypes for proof-of-concept initiatives; lead and deliver pilot projects to demonstrate AI capabilities
• Gather client feedback to refine usability and effectiveness
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and clients
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Conduct rigorous testing/validation of AI solutions; monitor and optimize deployed systems for performance
• Document architectural designs, project plans, and technical specifications; present to clients and stakeholders
• Drive AI-driven digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable client value

Required Experience:

• 5+ years designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake platform, Microsoft Azure services, Power Platform, and M365
• Proven experience in solution architecture — architectural designs and integrating AI solutions with existing systems
• Extensive client engagement/consulting experience — requirements gathering and change management
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business domains, adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Seasoned experience in agile development environments
• Experience developing, selling, and delivering technical solutions with measurable client value
• Experience in a large-scale (preferably multinational) technology services environment — software development, technical presales, enterprise architecture
• Proven ability to lead pilot projects and coordinate cross-functional teams

Knowledge & Attributes:

• Deep AI/ML/data analytics expertise; proven Snowflake platform experience (Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Snowflake SECRET, Snowflake Intelligence)
• Knowledge of Matillion, Power BI; familiarity with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform AI services
• Strong problem-solving, dataset interpretation, and AI model development/evaluation skills
• Experience with automation technologies and system integration principles
• Excellent communication skills — ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Snowflake SnowPro / SnowPro Advanced Data Engineer / SnowPro Advanced Architect certification
• Relevant certifications in AI, ML, Data Analytics, and Cloud Computing
