The Role • Lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Develop business plans and strategic tactics, leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools to maximize sales performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. • Demonstrate deep understanding of local market dynamics and possess comprehensive therapeutic area expertise. • Navigate reimbursement landscapes, including IDNs, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Proven ability to master product knowledge and pass annual certification exams. • Strong self-starter with excellent communication, analytical, and computer (Microsoft Office) skills. • Must reside within 40 miles of the specified territory boundaries. • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
