Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Endpoint Management Engineer / Consultant (Level 4 Support) with 12 15 years of experience in enterprise endpoint management and automation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Jamf, PowerShell, and Python, along with strong experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices in large enterprise environments. This role requires providing advanced L4 support, designing secure endpoint management solutions, automating administrative tasks, and supporting enterprise device lifecycle management. Candidates must be available to work Pacific Time (PST) business hours.

Required Skills

  • 12 15 years of enterprise IT experience
  • Strong experience providing Level 4 endpoint support
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune
  • Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro
  • Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and Python
  • Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
  • Knowledge of enterprise endpoint security and compliance
  • Experience with automation and endpoint provisioning
  • Familiarity with Okta (Identity & Access Management)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Jamf
  • Configure and manage the complete lifecycle of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
  • Create and deploy configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines
  • Package, deploy, and manage enterprise applications
  • Implement and maintain Windows Autopilot for automated device provisioning
  • Enforce security and compliance through Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Graph API
  • Troubleshoot complex endpoint enrollment, policy, compliance, and connectivity issues
  • Provide advanced Level 4 support and technical guidance for endpoint management initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of MDM and MAM concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint environments
