Job Description

About the role:
* Seeking a Technical Product Owner who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
* A strong technical foundation, exceptional requirement elicitation skills, and the ability to manage multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
* The ideal candidate is comfortable diving into technical discussions, understanding complex system architectures, and translating business needs into well-defined user stories and product backlogs.
* Experience in the Finance or Lending domain is highly preferred.
* 8+ years of Business and Technical PO experience.
Details:
Besides strong PO character and responsibilities, some key asks are:
* High collaboration skills to gather business and technical aspects across stakeholders.
* Understand end-to-end system functionality and dependencies: to define requirements much better.
* Ability to understand system interactions, integration points, and end-to-end application workflows.
* Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers to protect the teams and resolve them based on priorities.
* Utilize AI-powered productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, or equivalent to improve documentation, backlog refinement, and delivery efficiency.
* Understand SQL statements to gather data driven requirements.
* Write simple SQL statements to gather data insights across one or more tables.
* Jira, Azure DevOps and Miro Board
