The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio operation. • Oversee all aspects of business management including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Motivate, develop, and manage your team effectively. • Implement local marketing strategies to drive member acquisition. • Ensure a consistently excellent studio experience for all members. • Uphold brand and quality standards of a well-established fitness leader.
