London (Hybrid - 3 Days per Week)£75,000 - £80,000 Base + £20,000 - £30,000 Variable

A global SaaS technology company is seeking an Integration Solutions Engineer to join its growing team. This role is focused on helping enterprise customers design and deploy robust API-led integrations while acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers on integration architecture and implementation strategy
• Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions
• Help customers maximise the value of the platform through best-practice integration approaches
• Act as the technical focal point for customer implementations
• Demonstrate integrations, workflows and technical capabilities to clients
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide practical solutions
• Work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams
• Support partners and customers through onboarding and integration activities
• Contribute customer insights and product feedback to internal stakeholders

Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS integrations, solutions engineering or technical consulting
• Strong API and REST integration knowledge
• Understanding of databases and SQL
• Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to analyse and solve technical problems
• Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in cloud and modern technology environments
• Background within SaaS, Payments, FinTech, Logistics, ERP, CRM or related technology sectors preferred
