Hybrid AI & Data Manager - PMP Certification Must have - Only W2

Description

Client is seeking an AI & Data Manager to serve as the Functional Manager on a multi-year cloud data modernization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Information Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master''s degree is preferred.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project for project planning and management.
• Experience using data analysis tools such as Alteryx and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Databricks and/or Snowflake for modern data engineering and analytics.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking and Agile delivery.

Methodologies & Domain Expertise

• Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid software development methodologies.
• Understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and enterprise data strategy.
• Ability to support data modernization initiatives and drive data management best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading executive-level strategy workshops, data governance sessions, or advisory engagements for government agencies.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks, operating models, and enterprise data policies.
