Computational Scientist AI & Quantitative Drug Development (LLM/Agentic Systems)

We are seeking an experienced Applied Machine Learning and Applied Generative AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning and generative AI, with a focus on GenAI application development. The role will involve designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RAG applications using frameworks like Langchain and LangFlow.
• Leverage AWS services and infrastructure to build scalable and efficient AI solutions.
• Utilize Python for data manipulation, model development, and application deployment.
• Work with various generative AI models, including OpenAI and Gemini, to create innovative and impactful applications.
• Develop AI solutions that address specific business needs and drive value.
• Design and architect scalable and maintainable software platforms for GenAI applications.
• Utilize vector databases like PGVector and PGSearch for efficient similarity search and retrieval.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and generative AI, and contribute to research and development projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in applied machine learning and generative AI.
• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Proficiency in Python programming language and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with RAG frameworks like Langchain and LangFlow.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native development.
• Knowledge of vector databases and their applications.
• Experience working with generative AI models like OpenAI and Gemini.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with specific AI business applications
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing and information retrieval.
