Heat Pump Maintenance Engineer - Monday to Friday London & Home Counties | £45,000-£57,000 | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No On-Call We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing renewable energy contractor to recruit an experienced Heat Pump Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding service and maintenance team.

The Role As a Heat Pump Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on renewable heating and HVAC systems across residential properties throughout the South East.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll help ensure systems continue to operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on:<br />Air Source Heat Pumps<br />MVHR systems<br />Air Conditioning systems<br />Fan Coil Units<br />Diagnosing and repairing system faults<br />Carrying out performance checks and system optimisation<br />Completing digital service reports and maintenance records<br />Advising customers on system operation and efficiency<br />Identifying opportunities for upgrades or additional maintenance work<br />Providing technical feedback to installation and design teams<br />Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and industry regulations The Package Total salary £45,000 - £57,000<br />Base saalry £40,000-£52,000 basic salary (DOE)<br />Yearly bonus £2,000 - £5,000<br />Company van and fuel card<br />Pension scheme<br />28 days holiday including Bank Holidays<br />Uniform and PPE provided<br />Ongoing manufacturer and technical training<br />On-site gym<br />Monday-Friday working<br />No on-call rota<br />No weekend call-outs Career Progression This is a business committed to investing in its engineers and promoting from within.
