HR Technology Analyst

We are seeking an HR Technology Analyst to support and enhance enterprise HR technology applications. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Workday HCM and/or ServiceNow administration who enjoys solving application issues, supporting users, analyzing business requirements, and improving HR technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM and/or ServiceNow administration experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR, HRIS, or IT environment.
• Strong understanding of business and systems analysis.
• Experience with troubleshooting, data management, reporting, and application support.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Access.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must be willing to transition to a permanent position after the contract period.
